OHM Astro & Vastu follows a clear and transparent policy regarding cancellations and refunds for consultation sessions.
All consultations are personal, time-bound, and preparation-based. Please review the policy below carefully before requesting or booking a session.
Consultation Booking
Once a consultation session is booked and confirmed, the allocated time is reserved exclusively for the individual.
Preparation and scheduling are initiated in advance, which limits the possibility of rescheduling or refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be communicated in advance through the official contact or booking channel.
- Cancellations made after confirmation may not always be eligible for a refund due to time reservation and preparation involved.
- Repeated or last-minute cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not guaranteed once a consultation session has been confirmed.
- If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed at the sole discretion of OHM Astro.
- Any approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.
No-Show Policy
- If an individual does not attend the scheduled consultation session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed.
- No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling may be considered in limited situations, subject to availability and prior notice.
- OHM Astro reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests if adequate notice is not provided.
Non-Transferable Sessions
- Consultation sessions are non-transferable.
- Sessions cannot be reassigned, shared, or transferred to another individual.
Service Nature Clarification
Astrology and vastu consultations involve time, analysis, and professional effort.
They are not automated or instant services and therefore differ from standard digital products.
Changes to This Policy
OHM Astro & Vastu reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
